At AMA Jewellery (“AMA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), every piece is created with exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.
This Global Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage and conditions applicable to our jewellery worldwide.


1. Warranty Coverage

AMA provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

This warranty applies to:

  • High jewellery

  • Fine jewellery

  • Bespoke and made-to-order pieces

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.


2. What Is Covered

The limited warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues resulting from craftsmanship

  • Faults in stone setting under normal wear and use


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, impact, or misuse

  • Improper storage, cleaning, or care

  • Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations

  • Loss of stones due to impact, negligence, or external force


4. Bespoke & Personalized Jewellery

Bespoke and personalized pieces are covered only for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Design preferences or changes after final approval

  • Size adjustments requested after production

  • Natural characteristics or variations inherent to gemstones


5. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, clients must:

  • Contact AMA within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the issue

  • Provide clear photographs of the item

  • Provide proof of purchase

Each claim will be reviewed individually. AMA reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine whether the issue qualifies for:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Alternative resolution


6. International Warranty Service

As a global brand operating from Belgium and the United States, warranty service may require international shipping.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs

  • Customs duties or import fees may apply

AMA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.


7. Warranty Period

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, the warranty period is:

One (1) year from the date of delivery.


8. Policy Updates

AMA reserves the right to update or modify this Global Warranty Policy at any time.
Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
